- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns of unused and uncut panels. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a return.
- Return Window: Returns must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your panels. Returns made after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Refund Amount: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned panels, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding the shipping costs to return the items to our facility.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at zipkitsales@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or a refund.
